My son and daughter are both in treatment at Embrace. From the moment you walk in it's already an experience. Dr.K and her team are amazing to say the least.

After nearly three years of treatment, I can honestly say my experience at Embrace Orthodontics was about much more than straightening teeth. What stood out to me was the process. As someone who naturally pays attention to systems, I noticed everything—from the different wire sizes used throughout treatment, to bracket replacements, glue application and removal, color options, final inspections, and the coordination required to keep a long-term treatment plan moving forward. It gave me a real appreciation for the science, craftsmanship, and planning behind orthodontics. One thing that impressed me was seeing Dr. Kalakech personally involved in critical milestones such as bracket placement, bracket replacement, final evaluations, and treatment completion. In many organizations, customers rarely interact directly with the person leading the practice. Here, I felt connected to both the team and the doctor responsible for my care. Over the course of treatment, life changed. Work schedules shifted, appointments occasionally had to be rescheduled, and I even experienced noticeable weight loss. What surprised me most was that the team noticed those changes too. That level of familiarity made me feel like more than just another patient. As someone who values commitment and long-term goals, this experience reinforced something important: meaningful results are often achieved through small, consistent improvements over time. Looking back at my before-and-after photos, I don't just see straighter teeth. I see three years of trust in a process, persistence through setbacks, and a team that helped me reach the finish line. The braces are off, the retainers are on, and I'm grateful for the care, professionalism, and attention to detail that Embrace Orthodontics provided throughout the journey. Highly recommended.

There is such a welcoming and warm atmosphere that has stayed unchanged over the years. They always are genuinely excited to see us and remember my other children and ask about them too. They celebrate the milestones in their treatment journeys, which makes the kids feel special. They have so many incentives for the kids to maintain their oral health. They have been so flexible and accommodating with appointment schedules. My kids have always loved going to their appointments. You will not be disappointed !

The experience here has been well planned out. All appts booked upfront with a plan and when we get in there has never been a wait for our appt. Their points card helps the kids stay excited for the appt.

So far so good! Came in for a consultation, was provided with detailed explanation of what is going, plan going forward and what to expect with the process. Staff is very friendly and it’s a very comfortable atmosphere for kids. They were able to start services same day.

We took our 9-year-old for his initial orthodontic consultation, and the entire experience was wonderful. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even had a personalized welcome sign just for him, which immediately made him feel special. The lobby was spotless and fun, and the arcade machine with classics like Pac-Man and Galaga helped him relax right away. Every staff member we met had a genuine smile and seemed truly happy to be there. They did a great job including our son in the conversation. They did not just talk to us as parents. They made sure to ask him how he felt about the recommended treatments and explained everything in a way he could understand. The doctor was thorough, patient, and very clear when walking us through each treatment option and the reasons behind them. We never felt rushed, and our son left feeling confident and comfortable. Another thing we loved was their rewards program for kids. They can earn points for good grades, brushing their teeth, and even wearing the T-shirt the office gave him to his appointments. It adds a fun and motivating element that turns something that could feel scary into something exciting. Overall, this office creates a clean, friendly, and truly kid-centered environment. They made the entire experience fun rather than intimidating, and we are very glad we chose them.

What can be a scary ordeal for an 8 year old has turned into an enjoyable one! From the time Oliver walked in the front door, he has been put at ease. The front office staff as well as all the providers are very patient, kind and friendly. All of our questions are answered. Everything is explained so that we all understand what is happening.
